Default car won't start :(???

Ok this is what happened. I drove to work today and parked my car. Everything seemed fine, didn't notice anything wrong. Came back, car wouldn't start. I thought it was the battery (even though I knew that I didnt leave my lights on), but I decided to try to jump it. Nothing happened. The stereo was off too and the headlights wouldn't work. Long story short, I had to leave my car at work for 5 hours and then went back to jump start it again. Now, the stereo turns on, but when I try to start it engine doesen't even crank. It just makes this rapid ticking noise. What could it be? Please I'm hoping I don't have to tow it cuz it's mad low, and if I do it's bye bye bodykit. Pleae help!!! Oh yeah, I checked the fuses and everything seemed ok.

actually, I replaced the battery about 2 months ago. Could something be wrong with that battery already?

Get a voltmeter & check your battery's voltage output.

If your car is a 5 speed, get a pal to help you push start it.

Yeah, it's 5 spd, and has about 105,000 miles on it. Engine still runs strong. I'm looking for at least $4,000 o.b.o considering how much stuff I've put into it. Thanx!
