Speedometer Cable

Exclamation Speedometer Cable

I Took Out The Dash Hooked Up The Speedometer Cable,And Went To Put The New One In...and now,i cant find where to put it in at.....Can someone Please Gimme Some Suggestions As To Were It Goes...Or Even A Pic Or Somthin So Atleast I Got A Idea Of Where To Look...Thanks All....

i got it hooked up in the dash...but not in the engine or tranny...

i dont have pics....but it goes at an angle from the cluster down towards the center of the firewall and through a grommet...then into the back of the transmission into the speed sensor...i believe the rubber grommet is positioned at an angle right behind the intake manifold just far enough down to make it really hard to get to...

thanks...would it be easier to get to it if i lifted car up and got underneath it?

is the part where the cable goes into a silver or alloy kinda color,i see a tube metal or alluminum sticking up in a up and down angle,but not sure if it goes there :\

on the tranny?...the speed sensor is on the back of the tranny behind the starter...there will be kinda like a tube that the cable goes into...on the firewall its just a rubber grommet...you just have to weave it through the back of the dash....probably easier from above, but what ever suits you...i think it may also be easier togo from the engine bay...but im not totally sure about that...
