Default Need wireing help

Ok, so after a month I have narrowed it down to what is wrong with me car. I'm not very good with electrical shit and could really use some help with this. I can hook my pump up with a 9v battery and the car will run. It just doesn't get any power to the pump without being hooked up to an outside source. The relay has been changed and it clicks when the key is turned on. So im assuming the problem is from the relay back to the pump. Is there anyway I can hook the pump up directly? If anyone would be willing to take a look or help me do something about this soon please let me know I will pay you for your time.

Check the starter signal fuse under the dash as well.
