how much am i about to spend on a working turbo setup?

$2500 most likely for a new setup, $1500 for a new one. Couple forsale on here I believe. Try searching.

rev hard bout $2800, drag turbos about $3000(maybe less than), and gude turbos $3500, these r all the cheapest prices i could find for now

you could get a cheap greddy kit, or build one from scratch for probably 1.5k or so (maybe less for the latter).. but if you want a better revhard or drag kit, along with everything you need so you dont blow your shit, you're probably gonna be spending over 3k at least.
