integra head

hey i need some prices. i wanna have my integra b18 head port and pollished machined glassbeaded cleaned up so it runs better than brand new. gimmie some prices and trusted people that can doo this kinda work. i think i gotta blow head gasket so while my heads off i wanna have this shit done. gimmie some sugestions on what i should have done to it and prices.

waste of money on a bseries head the intake side is large just the Ex side needs to be done but unless your upgradeing your valves/springs and header and cams its a waste of money

so what kind of work should i do to the head? i want to have it resurfaced but while its all takin apart what internals should i put in? what brand and parts and so on. valve springs cams whatever i dont know much but i can get the parts and have them put in while work is being done on my head but i dont know what setup would be good. so gimmie a full list of the best parts.

well no springs will be good go with dualsprings if will give you more rev find some nice CHEAP typeR springs that will help alil and be cheap find some nice titanum retainers MAKE sure thay are for ls vtec will not work only the springs will fit then maybe a nice cam will help also i will leave it at that cause i dont no anything about turboing a motor

so type r springs and what kinda cams? also would new vlaves do anything? im putin quite a bit of mony into this and i want to make sure i do everything i can to make my head as best as it can be

well non vtec valves are very nice do to the fact thay are fater then vtec but if you got them money of course plus will last alont longer as for cams im not to into nonvtec motors someone will answer that for you..but remeber the bottom end holds most power dont forget about it

crower 404 cams if you're stayin with the non vtec head. you'll want to throw on some skunk 2 cam gears while you're at it.

ok so far i got type r springs with titanium retainers, crower 404 cams and skunk 2 gears. also what brand makes good valves? dose this sound like a good setup? anything else i should add or subtract? it was mentioned that if i were to get a port n polish to olny to the exhaust valves lemmie know what you think
