Default lowering integra

what is a better way to lower my car just plain lowering springs or coil-overs?

i just put a set of neuspeed race springs on my 4 door gsr, i love them, they ride nice, and sit low.... it looks clean

Actually... A set of aftermarket shock to go with those spirngs is a better way.

I would suggest adjustable shocks though.
Just rember when you go with either a cheap spring/coil over result.... well you will get a crapy outcome it just depends on the quality of the product that you buy

Don't cop out and save 50 bucks. On this subject, sometimes you get what you pay for. Get some shocks to go with what ever you decide.

h and R springs with koni yellow adjustables.. rides just fine
