I think it's pretty funny how all the dsms, fords and gm's talk all this smack about how hondas are slow and POS's. Then i challenge anyone in war stories and the only person to take me up on the offer is onesweetzo6. Which i would run but he will only race for a bengermin.

+1... When this whole import vs. domestic battle started, I dont know if you remember, but I called out like 5 of the fastest cars on the site.... Now while I may have lost, my main intent was to show them im not some little punk ricer kid thatll back down to a camarslow or rustang..... And also, just to surprise them when they look in the rearview and realize im not freight trains behind like theyd expect... But you know what the funny part is??? I never got a response either.... 5 of the fastest cars on the board, that come out frequently on saturday nights, and love to bash us "ricers", declined my invite.... Why?!?!?! Hmmmmmm...... Scared of a four door????

 

It is such a circus though. They see a hand full of quick imports vs. 500000000 slow ricers all the time. They don't respect much. You have to earn it.

and to InsaneCivicSedan, many times these guys are like...."wow its fast, but it has 4 doors and is primer. Classic ricer". I am not dissing your car, but they feel if it doesnt have all the interior, ac, clean exterior and fast....it sucks.

Yeah, I have the reputation now and my car is more well known, so my scheme isnt working anymore... I like the old days when I could roll up on a camaro or vette, have them literally laugh at me, then walk them.... Its great disappointing people like that... But now, my car stands out like a sore thumb... At least once a day I have someone pull up to me that has seen me at Gandy or on TR or something... It sucks... I still love the 4 door, but I am debating to make it look nice, go for the clean stock look, OR just transplant the heart of the 4 door, into a nicer, lighter car......
