Alternator a must?
Alternator a must?
I am being told that an alternator is a must for my electrical entertainment. I heard pullys take away from the alternator. Are there any reliable, aftermarket pulleys out there that you all know of? Is it true that pulleys take away from the power? It seems that since pulleys are lighter, the belt would need to use less power to rotate which would help the accessories. But hey, I am just wanting to get some input.
