the factory ITR valvetrain is pretty good if u dont plan on over 9k rpm. myself along with a lot of people i know have used skunk2 and not had any problems with 9500+rpms on occasion. id go with either skunk2 or ferrea

JUN makes valvesprings, most people recommend you match your cams to your valvesprings....

Ferrea valve springs & retainers cost 600.00

I would NOT use factory ITR valve train on JUN III's.
Factory ITR valve train is fine for toda spec a's, Skunk2 stg 1s etc... Besides that I dont recommend factory ITR valve train for anything else.

Something to look into would be Rocket Motorsports stuff aka Ef-1 (kteller.com)

I dont know that I would run JUN products in any of my motors, just too much bad carma on the net about JUN.

with jun 3 you must get highpressure springs right with a 12mm lift?im not telling im asking but i asure you need high pressure springs cause i no my Rev dual spings i am useing are made for 10.6-12.7 lift and i rev to 9-10K but thay are rated for i think what 85Psi and there are ones for 12.4-13.5 lift max im not sure but i would look into high Pressure springs for a lift that high i think you need 90-100Psi but dont hold me to it i think Mtber might know

cams work better with high compression. i do not recomend stage 3 cams for a daily use. and i dont know about the rset of you but i like to work from the bottom up. build the block. replace the pistons with high compresion aftermarket.
