how much will it cost to get to chip my ecu from my sohc vtec so it will work for a b16? i heard skunk2 was good. and where can i get the chip?

I have an obd1 p28 with a skunk2 program on it already, $150 is all I want since that is what I paid or it!

Give me your P28 ecu and 50 bucks. I will solder in the necessary items to chip your ecu, give some programs to choose from, install the chip and return it to you in 1 day.
