where is at i think i need to replace it or the relay. sometimes the car wont start but thats like 1 time a month. wen i get to like 7 grand it feel like the pump cant go ne more......it used to go to 8.8 grand... 91 honda crx si...thx

try replacing the fuel filter first then

if its a stock ecu there is no way your reving that high i would love to see that
