The main relay is on the driver's side of the car under the dash right above the hood latch popper thingy.

Oh, If you have a stock motor in that car, stop going to 8.5k rpms its not healthy for the motor.

ohh i dont..... im jsut sayin that it used to no prob... and now like 200 before redline it cuts out or gets really choppy. where's the fuel pump/ "fuel delivery unit" at.

Its an internal fuel pump I belive, You have to drop the tank in order to get to it. The wires and plugs for it are right between the passenger seat and driver seat underneath that tray thing behind the seats.

Before you try and get the tank down, make sure you drain it, There is a draing plug on the tank near the drivers side back wheel.

Sounds like a possible ignition problem. The main relay causes the not starting issue, and will become worse over time. Search here for my tech article about replacing the main relay. I don't recall exactly where the pump is on the CRX's. They're all Intank, however most of the newer Honda's do not require you to drop the tank, they're under the rear seats. I'd check there first.

It always helps to have a manual. Go buy one or look at autozone for one of the shitty manuals. It'll help.

I was reading the chiltons manual one day, because I thouht I was going to have to replace a fuel pump, I'm positive you have to drop the tank, I just don't know exactly where it is.

You do have to drop the tank. On a hatch you have to take out the back seat. I'm not sure about a crx. Also for the main relay. I had to replace mine. Its not hard at all its just a bitch to get to because its in the driver side corner in your car and you have to bend in some ungodly ways to get to it. Take out your change thing on the side of your dash. It will give you more room to work with. I bought my relay from Honda. I think I paid $55 I don't remember. If you need help with the relay let me know.
