I'm sure he's cool and all, but there is plenty of knowledge on this site ALONE to answer all of his questions. Ignorance is no excuse, he deserves to be laughed at and ridiculed, maybe that will give him the incentive that he needs to learn things on his own. Just my .02.

thr gs-r head will give you .2 - .4 more in compression, but the b16 head flows so much better. the key to building any engine is getting it to breathe, keep the b16 head, open it up with some cams and a nice I/M, and exhaust system from the header-back, you'll be happy.
