Default 95 Civic issues

Here is my issue: the car cranks but sounds like the fuel pump isn't kicking over. I can feel the main relay clicking over in my hand (thought it was that at first), but no fuel pump action. The owner stated that after a rainy period, it would not start right away, but starts fine otherwise. Is this a common issue? Is it the pump?

I just hate to start tearing into a car and replacing random parts and not have any of them fix the issue. Any help is appreciated.

I might add that it has been dry for a few days now and it still refuses to crank. The car was hit in the front, but drove here just fine. I don't get it.

I was thinking along those lines.

And I meant to ask you, Keith....the car also needs a hood and front bumper (radiator support as well), you have the hookup on that for a 4 door?

Thank's a bundle, Keith. I'll let you know what is going on after I get it running.
