Vtec?
It's all about potential, IMO, Vtec engines have more potential. For instance, if you start out with 85 hp and you add i/h/e and get up to 95 (which you probably wouldn't) and you had a car that was 95 hp STOCK, which would you rather have?

the only case that i wouldnt say go vtec with is if u have an ls, and in that case you could just boost it. otherwise, vtec will perform better always.
