i have a question it may be dumb but dont the blinkers do that in japan.? like blink fast and all??

Check your blinker fluid!! If the fluid gets low the blinker will blink fast until you refill it. Go to Tampa Hondland and tell Steve you need a quart of blinker fluid, the pep boys stuff sucks.
