i was thinkin of putting a d16z6 head on a d15 block. i know the head will bolt right up but i was wondering what i need to do to make the vtec engage??? do i need a p28 ecu? what new wires do i need to run?? i hope i get some knowledgable answers. thank you.

u can buy a feilds v tec controller and then u go to there web sit they show u how to hook it up or u could pay my boy he will do it for u for some cash he has don 3 cars already

ok now here is the real doosy. the head is not a d16z6 it is a d16y8 which is obd2 and the block and wiring harness i am using is obd1. ?????

you will need a d16z6 distributor and injectors, all other plugs should be the same.........
