Choose one of three

Turbo

Supercharger

Nitrous

On second thought, stay away from the nitrous, amatures don't use nitrous.

It is a Wiseco low compression turbo piston, (Note the extra groove between the compression and oil ring-lands)

Big top pistons get there name from having a taller compression height, hence the name. This is indicated by a hump extruding from the pistons head. Those are for high compression.

Considering the age of your vehicle, you would benefit from the replacement of your engines grounding cables. This would help the ECU communicate more effectively, restoring power.

You may be able to make your "V-tec" come on harder by adding more "V-tec" fluid from Pep-boyz.

Seriously though, there is no way to make your VTEC (Variable valve Timing and lift Electronic Control) come on harder.

Adjusting the VTEC engagement point without any serious power mods will only hurt your vehicles performance.

Oh, wait... It may make your VTEC engagement more harsh, creating the feeling of "Hold on, I JUST HIT VTEK YO!!" And it will definately add the sound of power when the VTEC engages prematurely.

Not to take away from your possible money making venture JDM-Civic-Coupe.. For that, I appologize.

Dude trip u dont know man vtec owns especially on sohc vtec engines, when it kicks in u have to grab the steering wheel harder it throws u back in the seat... but dude really get ur bolt ons, and then if that doesnt satisfy u get nitrous, or turbo..but if u do any of those research it for a while just dont rush it and then boom no more sohc vtec.....adding power adders like that just isnt a bolt on and lets go drive process, gotta tune and it takes money to get it fast and reliable... talk to trip about the sohc vtec turbo stuff he knows...
