Default pads for crossdrilled rotors

i just purchased some crossdrilled rotors and wanted to know if it would be ok to get semi-metallic or metallic pads, seeing that is what they are calling for, from a parts store such as autozone, discount ect, ect, or aftermarket ones from out of a magazine or catalog.

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.

The best engine in the world is the vagina, it takes any size piston, its self lubricating, starts with 1 finger, and every 4 weeks does its own oil change. It's just a pity the management system is so fucking temperamental.
