I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.

sorry i guess im the only one in the world and tr the gives praise and love the block gaurd i use them in almost all my motor build and never had one problem i have one in my b16a2 hatch hatch right now and not one prblem never over heats or even gets close to hot or leak or anything and i rev the shit out of my motor all the time i guess im the only one : o ( and this is the only one i use sense i no the people and work thay do is perfect http://www.azracemachine.com/BlokGardDesc.htm

Sorry not trying to insult.I had heard that they can crack the sleaves or distort the sleaves making the rings not seal right.I was thinking of using one in mine but I wanted to find out how well they work.

no insult here buddy i get shot down for telling people to use them all the time by Tr memebrs i just use them cause i have not had a problem with them and now with the high compression of that motor i need all the support i can find..but thats all dont want to fill up this thread
