quick GSR question about shifting gears

i have a 94 integra GSR and i wanna know whens the best time to shift.

most of the time i when i'm racing somebody i'll shift at 7000 rmps but i'm not sure if thats the best time to shift , help me out

i dont no what ur runnin...but i have a sotck gsr in a hatch and i shift at 8 and i get best power from 6 g's to 8 g's

TAKE IT TO 8800 MAX IT OUT

YOU SHOULD HAVE A REV LIMITER SO YOULL KNOW WHEN ITS STARTS GOING BUPP BUPPP..IM J/K
