everyone raves over vtec,but i liked the b20 much much better than anything,i drove swapped cars with vtec in em and its a much better powerband if u ask me,yeah it revs out shorter but theres more power in lower rpms.

very very true... athough im thinking of just rebuilding the b17 with JE pistons, eagle rods, and adding skunk2 valves, springs, retainers, crower stage2 cams... would be tight to have an exteremely clean db2 gsr with the b17 built...
