Default Mount inserts

I have a 96 integra gsr, i know i have broke, or torn mounts, has anyone tried polyeurothane (sp) mount inserts, how do they work, how about installing them, does it go easy, are there any problems with them i should know about?

It is reccomended you use them on mounts that arent broken for them to properly work, although I have never tried them on broken mounts...

They are motor mount inserts not replacements or rebuild kits. They are made to use coexisting undamaged mounts.

If you want to gerry rig something, use that 3m hardening rubber crap to make your mounts completely solid.

normaly if a mount breaks it is refering to the tearing of the rubber and allow for extra movement . the mount inserts take up that space where the additional movement would take place. i would not buy a new mount if i were planing to install inserts .
