Timing Belt Broke

Ive heard alot has to do with what rpms u were at when it snapped.I was doing 70 on the interstate when the crx's belt went.We put another on and no valves were bent.

Thnx for all the inf., I was only doing 40 at 3k rpm then it just stalled...

put a new belt on and try driving it....If something feels wrong or out of place you'll have to pull the head off.

I had the same luck with my 92 teg. but i was at a stop light. as i started going the car lost power and then shut down. so i wasn't going fast. for what read here, my valves should be ok. so i would like to change the timing belt but i have no idea how to do it. i have some mods on it but just an intake in the engine bay.

lsrex212 how much did you spent and how hard was it to replace the belt?

i like the car and i'd like to fix it but i'm kind of broke. if i can't fix it then i might sell it as is.

I like living dangeroulsy. On 186k, orginal tbelt. My drive belts are cracked serverly. Its only a hf though nothing to hold on to.
