Default h22 and nitrous questions

alright. lets say i have a h22a with a completely built bottom end. say it is sleeved and has eagle rods and JE 11:1 pistons. obviously from the compression ratio the motor is set up for a naturally aspirated set up and not boost. i was wondering if it would be a bad idea to put a shot of nitrous on it even being built for naturally aspirated.

also i have a slight understanding of the difference between a wet and dry kit but could someone explain it a little more.

also would direct port be the best way to go or what and what are the differences?

I will tell you that yes, nitrous will be fine for your engine, it loves compressio.

Next, i will tell you to search.

thanks guys. i know i could have searched... but i was at work and my boss left the room real quick so i decided to write it real quick so i could just check for responces when i got home.

as for a safe shot to run at... 25? 50?

i always thought that nitrous was best to run with lower compression or is that just with a turbo?

and i get what wet and dry are but i dont get which would be the smartest choice to use and why...

if you do have a built bottom end ,you can run asmuch as you want ,BUT there is stuff you have to do like a msd box ,a fule system ,if you have na cams you will need cam gears to ajust for over lap,i see alot of people run a 125 shot on 11.1 ,i ran on 10.5-1 a 225 shot , so tell me how much you want to run and ill tell you about what your going to need,i.e. no mater how big of a shot you want to run because of your compresstion you will need a wet kit

abstractlude it sound like you need to read up on nitrous ,i dont say that trying to be mean but nitrous with high compresstion is tricky, its not real hard you just got to know basics....
