Default code 43 fuel dleivery

this is the most vague, fucked up code possible.. I recently did some things to my Intake mani. I have a new one to swap on to reverse the ignorance that was created.
now could a code 43 be caused by running too rich?
Fuel pump?
What sensors detect if the fuel system is tripping a code/faulty?

thanks

hrmm ok cool. ill test and try those things. i have 2 o2's but ifthey are off a little bit, i could see a code 43 being tripped versus code 01 or 02.
