Question Help a CRX NewB

Hey everyone. I just bought a 1990 CRX Si, all stock, but I'm clueless on the technical stuff about it. And I just had a couple questions about it. Can someone help me with the info.

Engine Code: D16??
Lug Pattern: for Aftermarket Rims
Any other useful information:

Thanks.

your d16 motor is a SOHC, not a DOHC. *smacks t3g*

CRX Resource <- search around there, and find anwsers to all n00b questions you might have.

Thanks man. I just needed a Daily driver. Gas prices are killing me driving my Lightning around. $45 to filler up.

welcome to the world of crx's ... enjoy

don't swap the motor if you want to save gas. right now you can use lower octane than 93.

and if you do build/swap tune tune tune to get good gas milage.

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.

nope, the d16 in a CRX SI is a SOHC 1.6 liter non-vtec engine, producing 102hp. i dont believe there is a D16 dohc engine. you are thinking of the B16.
