Default 100A Battery fuse keeps blowing

I just installed a fresh ls/vtec motor in the 96 integra. I went to connect the battery cables and pop goes the 100A battery fuse. I tried installing another but it popped also. So I have a major short somewhere, how the hell do I go about finding it. My 02 sensor wiring is disconnected along with my coolent temp sensor on the head, maybe this has something to do with it? I also degreased the engine bay while the motor was out, I doubt it but could this have screwed up my harness?

i would just start OHM'ing out connections. also, liquids can sometimes cause a short by acting as a "bridge" between connections, therefore shorting the circuit, i would allow everything to dry out before trying to replace it again. finally, i would check all my grounds for poor connections, lose wires, and sufficient surface area to ground the connection at.
