Default serious hesitation

i have had this problem before and changed my o2 sensor then my coil ignighter, was ok for a while now its happening again, so i changed my o2 sensor once more and still is happening and even worse. the car is a first gen b-16a what car do i get the ignighter for i think its for a 88-91civic but not too sure. this will solve the hesitation problem right? or am i going in the wrong direction to get this fixed. by the way i have an aftermarket header so i am running one o2 sensor.

no the belt and timing is fine it runs fine for a few after i start it up then it sputters almost to popping sound with terrible hesitation like some real power loss.

Convert to obd1 so you don't have to deal with the shitty obd0 distributors and electronics.

Iam kinda confused, does the poping sound happen at idle or accel or delcel? Like does it seem like there is to much fuel?

distridutor cap is fine no cracks or anything to cause problems points are and was cleaned, popping happens only at acceleration.

changed the ignighter and still is doing the same thing i will wait till the car is cooled down then swap out the o2 sensor and see if this will finally do the trick. riptide101 did you get your problem solved and if you did what did you do to correct the problem.
