hey i have a 91 civic with a first gen ls swap. im about to put a first gen b16a1 head on it. obviously its wired for a ls but i need to know is there any wiring i have to do to make the vtec work or can i just use the b16a1 ecu and plug and play? someone help me out.

you will need a jumper harness for the vtec solenoid from the ecu, to the solenoid... pm 60-1EK , I think he makes them....

hey another thing would there be any chance a 91 ls spark plug wires and distributor cap work on a b16a1 cause i just got msd shit like 2 weeks ago.and now im about to put on this b16a1 head. just curious?

 

you will need a new dizzy cap and im honestly not sure about plug wires, but i think they are different also....
