Default another weird problem

more and more problems keep poping up since the swap was completed.

whats happening now is pretty weird. my redline is like 7300 rpms. usually i shift at around 7000 if im getting on it. yesterday i got on it in first and when it hit 6800 rpms it felt like i hit a fuel cut or hit the rev limiter. i was going around a corner on an empty tank so i though that was the reason.

so i go fill up the tank and get on it again and the same thing happened then i shifted into 2nd and it happened again. anyone know what this is?

I also have a stack of $20 bills in front of me, therefore 20>50 and 20>100 and 20>1000. $20 bill FTW.

Any codes?
Dose your speedometer flicker simultaniously? Some mention the vtec solinoid filter, I personally have never disassebled one, possibly a spark issue, Maybe your pick up in the dizzy? Or maybe your oil pressure?

I know in the ef's that they have a sensor that wont let them go so High untill the radiator fluid hit 104*F I believe.
