from wut i kno about hondas and head swaps, u cant make a h-series head fit onto a f-series block. just becuase it has the same amount of liters, doesnt mean that it will bolt up correctly. for exampe.... if u put a 1.6 DOHC head next to a 1.6 SOHC head, u can clearly see exactly wut im talking about. f-series, uses f-series things, d-series and h-series has the same comcept.

tell me if im wrong

it is not worth the worry man. i will send you a link if i get a chance of a guy on honda-tech that did a f22 block with a h22a vtec head. he said it was working fine but with all the shit he had to do it is not worth it. save up and buy an h23 or h22.

Well the head will probably bolt on since the castings are very much the same. The major difference is the bore. H series are 87mm and the f22 are 85mm I believe. So there would be a good bit of overhang no matter what head gasket you use. Very bad idea.
