Default tokico or koni

I think I want fully adjustable struts and a for sure a drop spring that rides ok but I will sacrifice ride for launch. I was thinking koni yellows and H&R race springs (2.2" front 2" rear) nut any better suggestions?

My car is a CRX.

Now does anyone know the difference between koni and tokico's

Also does anyone know how hard it is to change out the bushings to insert the energy suspension kit? Is it better to have someone do it? What tools do I need.

I really will never autocross, I drive the car everyday, and take it on the track on occasion to see what it runs in the quarter.

thanks ahead...

illuminas will treat you good. you can replace the bushings while you have the suspension off.

nothing will give u more flexibility then the tried and true Konis... you can have them nice and soft on the street for a smooth comfy ride, then make them hard as hell when you hit the track and launch like a bat outta hell... Some of the fastest fwd drag cars are running Koni yellows for the simple fact that they can almost eliminate the weight transfer that causes loss of traction which kills front wheel drives like ours.... I strongly reccomend the Konis and after seeing the results on a couple friends cars, I will definitely be getting mine soon.....

I agree, from what I've read on boards all over, koni's are tried and true. My brother had koni yellows and a Groud Control coilover kit on his hatch, it's slammed but the ride is nice and tight, I love it.

I have heard that the yellows rock but is it worth 580 compared to 420 for the tokicos.

Does anyone out there have a set of koni yellow's for sale?
