Blake (VeRTiGo) is definately the man to talk to about anything related to uberdata.

Would the B16 use the same .bin as the gsr.bin? Or must you make a whole new .bin specifically for the b16? I guess the only difference is the .2L....Im still learning about uberdata myself so I cant really help.....

it really isn't that hard to generate a base map.
-Open the stock p30 file
-select the map sensor you have
-set the boost efficiency to about 100%
-set timing retard to .7 or .8 per pound of boost
-scale for your injectors
-scale for fuel pressure
-remove a little fuel in the first three columns on the low cam table. I usually do 3%, 2%, 1% moving left to right
-remove or disable any sensors you want
-set vtec and revlimits

boom your done. Probably going to be a little rich but it is a base map.

you could even start with the p72 bin. On the older versions of uberdata that I've used you need to open a p72 bin and then import a p30 bin but in your case I'd probably just use the p72 bin and mod from there. Same procedure.
