LS's come with 142 stock, they usually dyno around 120fwhp, i've got a thermal cat-back exhaust, AEM SRI, and my FPR is currently set to 40psi WOT. for the money i paid for the kit, it will be a nice little power gain.
Did you get 1 point colder burning plugs and retard your timing 2 points the plugs I use in my ls are ngk v-power zfr6f-11 and also when I spray i put 93 plus a 7 point octane booster in it higher the octane the better

do you plan on at least getting some valves, springs, and retainers before the big shot???? Ive seen what a 100 shot can do to a stock valvetrain..... It isn't purty....

A b18b can handle a 75 shot all day long.
Retard ignition timing 2-4 deg & check your a/f using a wideband 02 on a dyno etc.
I highly recommend you purchase a new exhaust manifold to make more power....
Also pulling your power steering will help...
