My Prelude with nothing more than a jdm h22 and hot air intake pulled 14.7's all day long hot lapping it at the first tr track day. With basic bolt-on's it was a consistent low 14 second car. I've seen 4th gens (92-96) with basic bolt-on's and full interior pull high 13's. I think that's respectable for what it is.. But thats just me...

Why do girls love preludes??? Why not have the best of both worlds race people in the hatch. Then pick up your rich girls in the lincoln ls.

h-series are a lot more torquey, swap it into a hatch, it's only 70lbs heavier than a b-series, and most of that is power steering and a/c.

stock h22 into an eg/ek should see 13 second passes, super low 14 second passes at slowest. I wouldn't think 12 second et's would be a hard goal to reach with bolt-on's, decent suspension/tires and a good driver.. As for the best of both worlds.. why not a prelude to race and an h22 civic for a dd?
