Your compression is now about 10.6:1
Ctr pistons would put you at 12.0:1
You will gain power by upping your compression but, your cams & valve train are going to limit the power you make.

Installing these pistons would call for:
Block Honing & Piston pressing.
New main & rod bearings (to be safe)
Pilot bearings for your crank
Possibly new oil & water pumps (to be safe)
New timing belt
New headgasket
Possibly new headstuds
Oil pan gasket
Seals & Orings (oil pump oring seal etc)

Then after your bottom end is done, I would highly recommend upgrading your valvesprings & cams. While you do that you should install a new set of valve seals

The list goes on.

If you're going NA these or p30s are the pistons to run, but it gets pricey as mtber pointed out. As he said, you'll also want a supporting head with all that compression.
