Well i wanted to take my crx out to the local strip tonight, to see what i could run with the new motor in it, and on my second run... snap! i was like WTF? my shifter was just floating around in the boot, i thought it was my shift linkage, cause i got some home made linkage, but no, it was my damn shifter, broke it in two places, one was right on top of the ball, the other was in the knob. so everyone Don't buy the eBay $12 short throws, even my little ass can break them, im only 5 10, and weigh 105 lbs, and i broke it at the thickest point, so be carefull how hard you shift.. -Ben

My advice: Use a factory gsr shifter

I was racing him when it broke, i was like man i am really walking him..hahah, but then i was like damn he is goinreally slow i think he broke something, i thought it was the shift linkage, since i welded it together, kinda ghetto, but it was the shifter never in a million years would i have thought ben's little ass would have broken the shifter...hahaha he's the incredible hulk..
