Default beat exhaust piping for application

on a honda i've heard 2 1/4" is best for all motor and 2 1/2" - 3" piping is best for turbo. is that true?

where is a good shop to go for custom cat- back exhaust piping?

For custom, get 2.5" if you're going all motor.

Being that you have a B18B, for naturally aspirated applications, 2.25" is as big as you need. Any larger and you'll start losing torque.
