coilover squeaks.. HELP lol

Default coilover squeaks.. HELP lol

k i got a 93 lude, and i jus put on coilovers and now when i slow down and hit a bump even at low speeds it squeaks and its very very annoying, there was a little bag of rubber circle things that i think i shoulda put in, but i SUCK with suspension work as u guys can tell lol.. so lemme know if anyone can help!

Do not not think the lack of grommets would cause the squeak...but you should have used them.

Make sure the lower adjustable nut has the lip pointing up, to be between the spring and adjustments. Mine did this until I realized I put the nuts on upside down.

just another victim of cheap coilovers. either way you should have used the rubber piece. good luck.

Helps when you post the brand sometimes. Anyways...try the rubber cap. If that doesn't work then I don't know what to tell you.

improper installation is your answer :-/
missing parts such as rubber peices is not a good thing.

Have someone bounce up and down on your car and you look for the noise. Sounds like a bushing to be or around the strut cap area.
