getting no fuel ????

car isnt getting fuel sounds like the fuel pump is coming on but i cant be for sure but i reset the computer a couple times to see if the codes i was throughing would go away but but they didnt i have 19 flashing lights?? i read in the book i have in the car and it says its a LOCK-UP CONTROL SOLENIOD VALVE.i dont have a clue wat that could eb but in () it says automatic transaxle vehicles???
my car is stick so i dont know why it would be say that.unno but if any one knows wats up with this leme know asap!!

yank the line off the fuel rail. See if it's getting fuel there. Check the cylinders and see if there's fuel in them. (take out sparkplugs and crank engine over... fuel will shoot up in the air.
