sohc VTEC camshaft and spring install

Any one have any advice for me?? Im putting the zex 59300 street/strip cam and the performance valve springs in my sohc vtec . I have never done it and was wondering if anyone has done it and has some do's and dont's.

Installing valve springs requires a valve spring compressor tool.
I highly recommend you have a professional install them springs for you because the cost of the installation will be about the same as the tool.

If the cylinder head is already off the vehicle, take the head to clearwater cylinder head or a competent machine shop.
