Heat tape worth it ?

Default Heat tape worth it ?
Anybody knows if that heat tape you can wrap your headers in and other stuff the like the intake really makes a difference ? JW.

Yes very helpful easy way to explain it is the cooler the air going into the intake the more power you produce.I think its something like every 11 degrees you drop the intake air temp you gain 1% Hp.

u aren't gonna drop the intake any significant temperature by wrapping it

no... if they get wet it just holds water on the metal and helps it rust threw... also it doesnt drop ITA temps much if any...

Thermal wrap = gay. If anything wrap the intake.

It also holds the header heat in. Which tends to overheat said header, and will make it more prone to cracking.
