you say that but your stock 195/60/14 or your 185/65/14 that comes on most acura and hondas are wright about the same hight as a 205/40/17 witch most hondas and acuras would use so less rotation wrong unless you stick with factory wheels and go with a smaller tire like 185/60/14 or 175/65/14 witch no traction because to skinny pointless 17 are wider might as well go with them around the same weight and got more tire wide

Yeah I just took off my old ICW's (which weighed quite a bit) and I bought some Rota Subzeros (Very Very Light). I noticed a huge difference in Excelleration with my car. I'd highly recommend buying a set of Rotas.

it's not all mass, also weight wich is more of the issue with bigger wheels. plus when you say they are wider your wrong. any honda i've seen normally runs a 205/50/15 wich is nice and light and wide it's not often to see 195 and thats normally on like hx wheels.

Wheels are rotating mass/unsprung weight. Every 1 lb reduction in rotating mass is equivalent to an approximately 8 lb reduction in static weight. With lighter weight wheels, you will benefit from increased fuel savings, quicker braking, improved tire wear and better acceleration.

Of course that is from a wheel manufacturers website.
