There is a site with a bunch of pictures of a guy in Quebec that put a Turbo'd GS-R motor and what looks like a CR-V drive line in his CRX. AWD CRX is where you'll find the pics, but unless you can speak French, good luck findind out any information.
The time slip he has on the side says 7.2" but I think that that's a 1/8th mile track. Theoretically, if your car weighed 2250 lbs after everything was said and done (including rear differential) and had 300hp then you'd be running low 12's on a good day with a good run. 200 horse from a lightly modified B18 or 4G63T would get you high 13's
I'm planning to do something comperable in my CRX at the end of the summer, but if you can beat me to it more power to you. If you want to do it to both of our cars at the same time I'd be happy to be a part of it.
I'm sure that someone could name a shop that does B18 and B16 swaps (BTW - would a B18 trans fit on to a B16? Are the B-series transmissions interchangable?)
PM me if you're serious about an AWD conversion or hit me up on AIM at CRUNCHmonster or PACKINHEATBEOTCH.
