Try a pipe wrench, they are usually pretty good for taking out stripped bolts, they bite, as opposed to just being there.

if that doesnt work you can take the timing cover off
use a strong pair of vise grips & try to break it loose
or use a 6 point impact socket if the bolts not to f up...

is this a b or d series? if its b and the tensioner is tight on the belt already use the cams to get the belt on and off. I you have any questions on what I mean call me.

pull it remove it properly ! if you destroy the hole you have to have it fixed ! and that could mean welding or hellicoil or worse ruin an engine over a stupid bolt ! And not be able to use the engine. Aluminum blocks blow for shit like that !

Well if you're doing a timing belt install than the cover and crank pully should be off anyways. With those out of the way you've got a bit more room to work. I'd go grab a 14mm socket (6pt. and 12pt.) from Sears and see how that handles it. Nine times out of ten the cheap ass sockets you pick up from Auto Zone, Pep Boys, etc. will just round the bolt head where as Craftsman, Snap-On, Matco, etc. will still be able to turn/remove the bolt. If that doesn't work, I'd grab a set of vise-clamps (bolt-specific type) and just put it on the bolt. With the crank pulley out of the way you should have plenty of room to turn a set.

No we can't fix it at honda. I have seen one tech strip the bolt and we ended up using an air hammer to loosen the bolt.
