Default brake question

about 2 weeks ago i was driving my car and when ever i came to a stop the brake pedal fell very slowly to the floor until my car starts inching forward slowly. i thought i might be a leak and checked my brake fluid level and it was fine. well next time i got in the car the problem was gone and i had no problems until today and it started happening again. i have no leaks so the only problem i can think of is that i have air in brake lines. to come to a complete stop i had to pump the brake twice. and the level of brake fluid is still fine. any ideas on what this might be or what i should do to fix it?

I also have a stack of $20 bills in front of me, therefore 20>50 and 20>100 and 20>1000. $20 bill FTW.

Hold the brake pedal down while the car is off, start the car with the brake pedal depressed. If the brake pedal falls to the floor, you have a master cylinder problem

if you have drum brakes on the rear it could be the wheel cylinders
starting to leak,if you have disc then it maybe the master......
