Default clutch ?

ls/vtec i/h/e/cat/chip/b16tran

my stage 3 ate my flywheel
is the stock b16 fly/clutch going to hold for a while
no launching

is the stock clutch going to work with my setup for long?

A stock clutch for a stock setup like yours will be fine... You could launch it all you want, just learn how to drive & dont ride your clutch disc to death.

Your setup does not require anything more then a beefed up oem clutch like an exedy street strip clutch.

Too many people think they have to use a stage 3 clutch on there cars because it sounds cool.

For $250 you can pickup an exedy clutch kit which handles your setup plus a 75 shot or forced unduction (anything under 300 whp).

Stage 3 clutches eat up oem flywheel they require aluminum flywheels and a Stage 3 puck style clutch is WAY TOO aggressive for the street its a go or no go style clutch. OEM is the best thing in this case, if yo break it in properly it should last you a long while.
