The manifold isnt going to do shit for you unless you have a built motor or you are running boost to it

Buy some crane 0012 stage 2 cams for $380 & install them along with a b&m fuel riser & guage. You will be happy with the 10-15 whp increase you see in this mod.

The skunk2 intake manifold will make a bit of a difference.. But not enuff difference to be worth $300+ dollars considering its maybe going to make 2 whp.

I would invest that money into a better header or nitrous/turbo system etc..

Upgrade the fuel componets, get a nice header, head work....something else. After you get those THEN get a skunk2 mani.

actually the skunk2 is going to help more than you think. the skunk2 intake mani adds 11whp on a stock gsr. should add nice numbers for an ls and help the torque a bit also. i had one on my gsr rex and it made a nice gain. just my opinion.

I do not know of anyone first hand that gained that amount, especially with the mods that he has. Like I said, do the mods I listed and then slap the skunk 2 on. Then you would get gains similar to that.

Stock OEM ITR.

If it helps, read what Omniman has to say on these post. He's the ex-skunk2 head mech guy there. He was the one that made these happan.

"i have seen and done flow bench testing on both itr and skunk2. as well as dyno testing.
i have also done flow bench testing on the extrude honed version of each.

i can tell you this extrude hone makes about 8-10 cfm/runner and the oem mani flows the best out of the 2."
