Default skunk2 ecu

I didnt think it was true but im being told that if you buy the skunk2 ecu which on there advertises i think 9000rpm range that if you do that then you will be able to take your stock internals and rev that high and still be safe anyone can answer this with real answers

yeah the cams in a gsr and B16 only have enough profile to pull to about 8100, plus i would want to trust the valvetrain that high, unless it was upgraded.........but you can rev a stock B16 to over 10K, i have done it, but my motor lasted 6 weeks and i lost a retained into my supercharger.......you have been warned!

do it the right way and change out the internals. you will make power up to 11,000 rpm. spoonfed is right "rpm = ruins people's engines"! i have a buddy that wired the harness on his '91 teg (ls block + b16 head) so there wasn't any limitor. tha car blew at 10.500 rpm on mostly stock internals. you can see through the piston head in 3 places! nice shit!
